The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade is not issuing a specific travel advisory for the Marshall Islands at this time.
Due to the current outbreak of measles affecting parts of the Pacific, travellers intending to visit Marshall Islands are now required to demonstrate proof of immunisation at the border before entering the territory. Please read our measles information before travelling.
New Zealanders travelling or living in Marshall Islands should have comprehensive medical and travel insurance policies in place that include provision for medical evacuation by air.
